Sedans:
The standard sedan is a Lincoln Town Executive, Signature or L series.
Any full size luxury sedan can hold between 1-3 passengers
comfortably.
Limousines:
The standard limousine is stretched 120" and it is referred to in the
business as a 10 passenger limo. 10 passengers is the max, based onthe size of each passenger, I would try and keep it around 8-9 to get
the most comfort out of the limousine experience.
So our 14 passenger, or 180" stretch limo fits 12 adults comfortably.
Party Buses:
A 26 passenger party bus, can fit comfortably 20-24 passengers
depending on the size of each passenger. We also have a 18 passenger party bus, that fits 14-16 adults comfortably.
Get the whole price:
Ask if there are any tolls, fuel surcharges, and if gratuity for
the driver is included. For large groups gratuity is typically
included in the fare at 15-20%. Many small businesses also include a
credit card convenience charge of 1-3.5% if paying by credit card to
offset the expenses from the card processing companies.
Safety and Insurance:
All passenger vehicles in Indiana are required have a minimum state
required 1.5 million dollar insurance policy. Party buses with 15 ormore passengers are required to have a 5 million dollar policy. If
you are unsure about the company ask for a copy of their insurance
information. All Around Limousine will provide nsurance information upon request.
Limousine services in Indiana also need to have Indiana Passenger Operating
Authority filed with the state of Indiana.
We are the only limousine service accredited by the Better Business Bureau in Northwest, Indiana with an A+ Rating.

Reserve Early:
The earlier the better within reason. 1-3 months is sufficient for
most dates, but popular dates can get reserved quickly. This happensduring Prom time and Wedding season. 30 days is plenty of time to
reserve a limousine for airport trips to O'Hare or Midway.
Package Deals:
Many limousine companies offer package deals for weddings,
concerts, and proms. Often these packages have a 3 hour minimum, but
the time needed after the 3 hour minimum is normally discounted. For proms we offer a 4 or 5 hour "Split" time package. We "split" the time before and after the dance. For example you can have 1-2 hours before the prom and 2-3 hours after the prom. We do not charge for the time during the prom.
Plan Ahead:
Give the limousine company and driver as much information as
possible to make the trip go smoothly. This can include addresses, phone numbers, reservation times, etc.If you have any questions feel free to call All Around Limousine Service anytime at
